User Roles

This page summarizes roles used in each service. Permissions may be customized by administrators.

M1 - Villa Management

Role	Summary
Admin	Full access to all villas, owners, staff, and settings.
Property Manager	Manage assigned villas, onboarding, and operational data.
Staff	View assigned properties and update limited fields.
Read-Only	View access only, no edits.

M2 - Maintenance

Role	Summary
Admin	Full access to all maintenance features and settings.
Manager	Assign work orders, manage vendors, view reports.
Technician	Execute assigned work orders and log time.
Vendor	Limited access to assigned external work orders.

M3 - Inventory

Role	Summary
Admin	Full access to inventory configuration and data.
Inventory Manager	Manage items, stock movements, and alerts.
Property Staff	Update counts and record movements for assigned properties.
View Only	Read-only access.

M4 - Reporting

Role	Summary
Admin	Full access to analytics, exports, and configuration.
Manager	View and export performance data for assigned properties.
Analyst	Read and export reports; no configuration changes.
View Only	Dashboard viewing only.
