Preventive Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance Planning (PMP) ensures regular maintenance is performed to prevent breakdowns and extend asset life. The system automates scheduling and work order creation.

Creating PMP Templates

- Click ”+ New Schedule”

Managing PMP Schedules

Pausing a Schedule
Section titled “Pausing a Schedule”Temporarily stop (e.g., for renovations):
- Open schedule
- Click “Pause”
- Set resume date (optional)
- Add reason
- Confirm
Modifying a Schedule
Section titled “Modifying a Schedule”Change frequency or details:
- Open schedule
- Click “Edit”
- Make changes
- Note: Doesn’t affect already-created WOs
- Save
Viewing Schedule History
Section titled “Viewing Schedule History”See all work orders from a schedule:
- Open schedule
- Go to “History” tab
- View all generated work orders
- See completion rates
Compliance Tracking
