Managing Assets
The asset management system tracks all property equipment and infrastructure, monitoring condition, maintenance history, and planning replacements.
Asset Overview

Adding an Asset

Section titled “Understanding Health Scores”Assets are rated on a 0-100 health scale:

Asset Inspections
Section titled “Asset Inspections”Scheduled Inspections
Section titled “Scheduled Inspections”Set up regular inspections:
- Go to asset page
- Click “Schedule Inspection”
- Set frequency (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Assign inspector
- Define checklist
- Enable notifications
Conducting Inspection
Section titled “Conducting Inspection”When inspection is due:
- Open inspection from dashboard
- Go through checklist items
- Rate each component
- Add photos of issues
- Note any concerns
- Submit inspection
- System updates health score
Inspection Report
Section titled “Inspection Report”After completion, generate report showing:
- All items checked
- Pass/fail status
- Photos and notes
- Recommended actions
- Next inspection date
Warranty Management
Section titled “Warranty Management”Tracking Warranties
Section titled “Tracking Warranties”View all warranty statuses:

- Describe the issue
- Attach evidence photos

Replacement Planning

Generating Reports

Bulk Operations

Section titled “Bulk Import”Import multiple assets:
- Download template (Excel)
- Fill in asset data
- Upload completed file
- Review import preview
- Confirm import
Bulk Update
Section titled “Bulk Update”Update multiple assets:
- Select assets from list
- Click “Bulk Update”
- Choose field to update
- Enter new value
- Apply to all selected
Asset Transfer
Section titled “Asset Transfer”Move assets between properties:
- Select asset
- Click “Transfer”
- Choose destination property
- Specify new location
- Update any changed details
- Confirm transfer
- History records the move
