This glossary defines key terms used across the ILS Platform documentation.

| ADR | Average Daily Rate. Revenue divided by booked nights. |
| Asset | A tracked piece of equipment or infrastructure in M2. |
| Booking Window | Days between reservation creation and check-in. |
| Checklist | A standardized task list used in M2 work orders and PMP. |
| Consumable | An inventory item that gets used up, such as toiletries or cleaning supplies. |
| Hostify | External vacation rental platform providing data to M4. |
| Inventory Item | A tracked item in M3 with stock levels and location. |
| Listing | A property record in M4 (often synced from Hostify). |
| OTA | Online Travel Agency (Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, etc.). |
| Onboarding | The process of collecting all property data before activation. |
| PMP | Preventive Maintenance Plan and schedule. |
| Property | A managed villa or asset group in the ILS Platform. |
| RevPAR | Revenue per available room. Revenue divided by available nights. |
| SSO | Single Sign-On. Centralized authentication via Authentik or Clerk. |
| Stock Movement | A change in inventory quantity (purchase, use, transfer). |
| Work Order | A maintenance request tracked from creation to completion in M2. |
