Owner Management
The Owners tab in the Villa Management Dashboard shows all villa owners who have been registered through the onboarding wizard.
Navigate to: Villa Management Dashboard → Owners tab
Summary Cards
Section titled “Summary Cards”| Card | Current | Description |

Owner Table Columns

| Owner Name | Owner’s name or UUID identifier if name not yet entered |
Owner’s email address, or No email if not provided | |
| Phone | Contact number, or No phone if not provided |
| Nationality | Owner’s nationality (N/A if not entered) |
| Villa Owned | Villa name with internal property ID below |
| Communication | Preferred communication channel badge (e.g. email) |
| Joined Date | Date the owner record was created |

Note: Owner names appear as UUID strings when personal details have not yet been filled in during the onboarding wizard (Step 2 — Owner Details). Once Step 2 is completed, the owner’s actual name will display here.
How Owners Are Created
Section titled “How Owners Are Created”Owners are created automatically when Step 2 — Owner Details is completed during the onboarding wizard. Each villa has one associated owner record.
Search
Section titled “Search”Use the Search owners by name, email… bar to filter the list. The search works across name and email fields.
