Timesheets

The timesheet system tracks labor hours for maintenance work, enabling accurate billing, productivity analysis, and resource planning.

  1. Go to Timesheets”+ Log Time”
  2. Select date
  3. Choose activity type
  4. Enter hours
  5. Link to work order (optional)
  6. Add notes
  7. Submit
  1. Start timer when beginning work
  2. Timer runs in background
  3. Stop when finished
  4. Review and adjust
  5. Submit entry

From work order:

  1. Click “Log Time”
  2. Enter hours
  3. Select activity
  4. Auto-links to work order

  1. Complete time entries for period
  2. Review for accuracy
  3. Click “Submit for Approval”
  4. Status changes to “Pending”
  1. Manager sees pending timesheets
  2. Review entries
  3. Options:
    • Approve - Accept entries
    • Reject - Return for correction
    • Request Changes - Specify issues
Draft → Pending Approval → Approved → Processed
Rejected → Draft

Each entry can link to a work order:

  • Tracks time spent per ticket
  • Calculates labor costs
  • Enables job costing

View on work order:

  • Total time logged
  • Time by activity
  • Time by person
  • Cost calculation
