Managing Alerts
The alert system notifies you of inventory conditions that need attention, such as low stock, condition issues, or expiring items.
Alert Types
Section titled “Alert Types”Low Stock Alerts
Section titled “Low Stock Alerts”Triggered when:
- Quantity falls below minimum
- Approaching minimum level
Information shown:
- Current quantity
- Minimum threshold
- Suggested reorder amount
- Last purchase date
Condition Alerts
Section titled “Condition Alerts”Triggered when:
- Item marked as needing repair
- Item marked for replacement
- Condition deteriorates
Information shown:
- Current condition
- Issue description
- Recommended action
- Associated work order (if any)
Expiry Alerts
Section titled “Expiry Alerts”Triggered when:
- Item approaching expiry
- Item expired
- Warranty ending
Information shown:
- Expiry date
- Days until/since expiry
- Quantity affected
- Disposal instructions
Viewing Alerts

- View all active alerts
- Filter by type or property
- Sort by priority or date

Alert Priority
